Сезон политики в России

In Russia, election of State Duma is scheduled in December 2011 and presidential election in March 2012.
Now it is the season of politics in Russia. 
Both pro-Medvedev and pro-Putin institutes have released their platform reports for the presidential election. 
I have got the impression that tandem will come to the end whoever takes presidency.

INSOR «Обретение будущего. Стратегия 2012. Конспект»

Институте современного развития (Institute of Contemporary Development), which is the one of leading research and policy making institute in Russia and regarded as pro-Medvedev, presented their policy program report «Обретение будущего. Стратегия 2012. Конспект» （“Discovering the future. Strategy 2012. Abstract”） yesterday. On the report Mr. Evgeny Gontmakher mentioned when I met him in February. They are representing liberal side of Russian интеллигенция, and I should imagine the latest report would significantly affect the perspective of "модернизации России" .
