I've been suffering sever muscle pain on my legs this morning. I feel it very comfortable. That’s the nature of bodybuilders. Muscle pain is real proof of effectiveness of workouts.
Recently my condition has been getting better and could raise heavier weight and could do more reps than before. I had 10 reps of 170kg hack squat last night. It was all time high. .
After that I joined YOGA class by ACO-sensei, a charismatic yoga teacher.
The elegant guru gave us very sound advice and every one of her words was so metaphoric to stimulate our imagination. I re-realized the her yoga class was the best to learn yoga seriously.
