Genuine Hakata Ramen - ICHIRAN

Today, I had Hakata ramen at ICHIRAN Shibuya branch.
It is for the first time in more than three years to eat Hakata ramen. I checke my dialy blog and found that it was 20th of November 2007.

On that day,I had ICHIRAN's ramen twice in Fukuoka city.

ICHIRAN is one of the most famous Hakata ramen restaurant. Quality of ramen is extremely high. Very delicately cooked and well balanced. 

A lot　of choices are offered to guests, say density of soup, hardness of noodle, volume of shredded green onion, garlic, and spices and so on. It was genuine Hakata ramen. I enjoyed it very much!
