Today I purchased Gold's Gym's L-Glutamine at GGOT.
I was advised to take a lot of L-Glutamine by Mr. Masashi Suzuki, the greatest bodybuilder in Japan.
He suggested me to take L-Glutamine just after workout, just before going to bed and when I wake up in the morning.
